Has anyone here been struck by the thought that the slowing down for killing wasn't an unintentional flaw, but was rather there to add difficulty during chases? Because of it, you couldn't just be a wrecking ball that ran through everything, but you would actually have to think fast and chose an alternate path or drop a smoke bomb.
