I agree that ACB was a little too short, but Cesare was NOT a little crybaby. He was the most powerful person in Italy at the time, who was hellbent on conquering Italy, and then, the world. He just wanted the Apple to speed up to process, in my opinion; he would conquered with brute force of his army.
