Yep, they closed the deal. Ubisoft has most control over it. Which is why Hollywood thinks it's ridiculous, but for me, as fan of the game, I think it's a great deal. You know game-based movies are total crap because they don't stick to the original. So, if Ubisoft has a lot of control over it, then the movie is gonna get done right.
