Haytham is not a descendant of Altair (or if he is, he's not Connor's father), they've already stated Connor is not descended from either Altair or Ezio.

Further, I believe they've already stated Connor is not born into the brotherhood, which is further evidence, I think, Haytham is not Connor's father.
