What this piss-poor mockery of english in the above comment is trying to convey, is that you can replay The Sixth Day memory. A shrunken head can be found, with certainty, in the chamber with the large cross. Facing the locked gate there, turn right and search the side chamber for a treasure box, it'll be there.
