Latin America would be awesome. Modern Rio is chock full of skyscrapers, Buenos Aires has beautiful and tall structures reminiscent of European architecture, a great port and modern places, or Mexico City or Monterrey and Veracruz during the Mexican Revolution (what with the Zimmerman Post conspiracy and all that) would also be awesome.
