It looks like the HUD is moved entirely to the bottom of the screen, with the HP bar wrapped around the MiniMap, and the weapons/controls on the other side. Just a hunch here, but the way it looks, I would have to say that the system will be the same as Revelations, with one weapon in one hand, and a secondary in another.
