The anon never expected that kind of answer but scientifically yes. Kal is correct. There are people in modern day calles "free-runners" (sound familiar) that do this practise. You might call them the ninjas of the future. But this principle doesn't affect Ezio since he could roll with a crossbow which is impossible.
