Personally, if a co-op was to be implemented, I'd like it to be based on Assassin Contracts.

You could step into the mission of the recruits that you have sent, allowing you to do the mission and complete it with some friends. In the case that you've sent 5 recruits, one could remain a computer controlled AI.
