I doubt so. Ezio already found out what waited at Masyaf, and considering Abstergo recovered the Apple there, it seems unlikely. After all, for Connor to do that, he'd have to travel from America to Syria and then to the Masyaf fortress. Also, by the 1700s, it could have turned to ruins after the Mongol attack.
