It's not "heavily implied" :/ Right now, we have a single meeting that probably lasted 10-15 minutes, in which William told Galina's mother why he was being chased, gave her the Animus blueprints and ran off. Just because Galina's mother described his features in some detail doesn't mean anything happened between them.
