He doesn't kill for a living. He gains no pleasure from his work. He does it because it is the right thing to do. True he does kill unarmed people but that is because they are a threat to him but even then he doesn't do that all the time remember-He spared Maria and the corrupt assassins. So you can't say he is a bad guy.
