We've only seen one Chinese Assassin wearing a hidden blade in her shoe. This doesn't mean all Chinese Assassins had no hidden blade on their wrists. Maybe Shao Jun's wrist blade was broken or she lost it on her journey to Italy. We can't say anything about the entire Chinese Brotherhood based on one member.
