Bonifacio was pretty much brawns than brains, lost almost every battle he lead and won't make a good mentor for an assassin. Piece of Eden as agimat is cute, but Agimat are usually worn (pendants and anything with relevant size) and POE's are usually larger as far as I know. Maybe you can add that an individual can create Agimats from the POE - or maybe a POE that can be assembled to form a superior POE like the Sword, the Shaft,,, wait, I mean the Staff @_@ By the way, you can write in your story that Lapu-lapu was affiliated with the Assassin's Order, one way or another - because the symbol of the Templars was the Cross right? And as far as I know and understand, Lapu-lapu refused to bow down and worship the cross that Magellan brought along with him. In retaliation, Magellan attacked Mactan, burning the some houses which protected helpless children and women - as per suggested by Raja Humabon who was actually using Magellan's daring to get rid of Mactan warriors. End result is the battle of Mactan. Magellan was killed, but not by Lapu-lapu but a Mandirigma directly under his command. Native Warlords usually oversees the battle as it rages and doesn't rush head on in the front line - the only time that they would fight is when enemies reached their contingent. And Native warlords like Lapu-lapu was usually surrounded by his loyal guards. Just a piece of what I know. :3
