Completely unnecessary, we already have custom Staff Avatars from our ComDev Subject 16*, and general Avatars from TheSt0ryTeller (I'm sure you've seen the HQI Inc. Blogs). Adding a third person to the mix is crossing the line of ridiculousness. Also, I'm not exactly sure that your Profile Page is the most high traffic thing here, makes the purpose of this quite pointless. And, above all, I doubt many Staff members will want to describe themselves to you, either because they don't want you to know, or because they don't have the patience/time. Nice enough intentions, but I don't see it happening.
