Connor is a Master Assassin much like Altair was at the beginning of Assassin's Creed back in 2007. To prove my statement here is the link to a Ubisoft related site where it states Connor is a Master Assassin. http://www.ubi.com/US/Games/Info.aspx?pId=10500

Many of you may think I'm an idiot for thinking this but I just WANT Connor to be a Master Assassin but considering the fact that Ubisoft confirmed this at the link above, I can't be WRONG. Supreme Master Assassin 02:15, June 3, 2012 (UTC)
