It's almost wednesday, time to announce our new wiki features! Wikia recently has made a few changing in the visual interfaces of some things on the Oasis system.

Keep in mind that all the changes are experimental and may be altered in the future.

And as stated directly above, this experimental feature is now removed. Despite some users liking the new interface, the sheer number of bugs and corruption the new version brought was just unviable.

First, we have a revamp in the editing section. Now all the relevant things are added in a user-friendly (but editing space compromising) tollbar located on the right of the screen. For people who already know HOW to add those things and want somethign more... visual appealing, just click the blue arrow in the division between the editing section and toolbar and the right tab will collapse into oblivion. Click it once again to bring the toolbar from the world of the dead.

In the categories pages, the most popular eight articles in a category were already displayed as images for some time. To make it prettier, all pages are now image links sortable by name, recency, or popularity.

Check this page for an example of what our categories pages look like now.

And we now have Top 10 Lists! They allow any registered user here on wiki to create a votable list with photos, links, and etc. Create a new list at this link. So go nuts with it! (but keep it civil and meaningful or we're gonna kick some asses XD)

"Now, where do I find Alan?"

Also, the Skype and IRC community is at full swing, so make sure to drop by if you feel like socializing (socialize people! That's the soul of our life.)

And that's it for today. Now I leave you with a talking marmot to make the rest of your week lightier.

As always, welcome to the new editors, hello to the casual readers, and a friendly hug at the veteran users. (And a kiss on all cute chicks, I'm on room 749 until sunday)

Safety and peace, people, and happy editing!
