James would later become known as one of the order's pioneers into its current status, as he was able to establish a solid list of accomplishments and contributions.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Early Career[edit | edit source]
- "Yes, I know I spelled Thief wrong. It's a damn, bloody stupid typo, get over it!"
- ―ThiefAC (rather, The Theif), regarding his earlier username.[src]
ThiefAC, when he first arrived during 2010, was under the username of "The Theif" ,a typo he made while making his account. He first arrived around the wiki, helping the place by uploading several photos that were in demand. He would work in conjunction with several users, most prolifically was the user, War Clown, who asked for several images that were needed to complete pages for the Assassin's Creed Wiki:WikiProject/Hungerer of Knowledge|Timeline Project. He would also later present several ideas onto the project's sandbox of the bureaucrat, D. Cello, giving several ideas such as the sub-divisions of the Istruttorium, who would handle several aspects such as banning, pictures, and delivering news.
His presence within the wiki was well known, having edited several pages and uploading more pictures that are still present up to this day. He was also present during the conception of the Achievements system of Wikia within this wiki. He was among those who agreed to implement the system, and after implementation, he would work in conjunction with D. Cello to create several images for badges, which became the permanent image for use. He would also open his very own resource links for images in Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed II: Discovery.
Promotion to Staff[edit | edit source]
His activities around the wiki were closely monitored by the administrators and the bureaucrat himself, seeing his inner potential through his actions. After some time, D. Cello would offer him a task that would also be his task for initiation. He was given the task of writing three out of the supposed four policies (one of which was already finished), which covered basic editing, writing tense, and the rules for the Achievement system of the wiki. Successfully pulling it off, James was initiated into the Istruttorium. After gaining the pre-requisites of a staff avatar and the userbox, James was well and ready to operate under his new position.
