I've looked through all the sources on that page, and i can say that none of them says anything about national Mentors. And the only source that actually has some clear information, or any information at all about the several assassin's guilds is Assassin's creed: the secret crusade, and The fall, and in the fall, that "The Mentor" controls assassins worldwide, and the secret crusade simply states that they must stop using Masyaf, and establish guilds wherever they're needed.

  And i'm sure that Alex Amancio knows more about Assassin's Creed, then any of us.<ac_metadata title="Message from Vallraffs"> </ac_metadata>
