Hello again, DarkFeather!,
Just popping in for a visit after a hiatus. Having read the book, I think you can replace chapter-by-chapter format for paragraphs. Maybe indicate what chapters they summarize, though? e.g. Ch.1-5, 6-10, &c? But given our policy on consistency and my still being "new", especially given my absence of late, you'll probably want word from people with more clout. But here's my 2¢.
