So, I was thinking about how they could make the sage business matter, an I came up with an idea: what if we played as one?

SPOILERS FOR UNITY FROM NOW ON

Now, hear me out on this, we would be able to see the so called visions Germain talked about in his flashback, as well as seeing how a sage strugles to fit in the world and understanding what he is. Speaking of flashbacks, it would give the chance for us to play in a very requested period: the first civilization golden age, through the memories of aita. I know it is not an conventional idea, and I also think it is very hard ubi is going there, but it would open a lot of possibilities, and offer answers for long standing questions in the series like how the firs civilization was, explain better their war with the humans and most of all Juno's great plan for world domination. Please no. The writers are already going full retard with Sages as it is. --Kainzorus Prime Walkie-talkie 22:58, December 6, 2014 (UTC)
Since I'd rather have a female protagonist asap, this idea will have to wait until 2017 at the very least. Even then, it seems more interesting to focus on other First Civilization technology. Crook The Constantine District 23:01, December 6, 2014 (UTC)
Personally, I'd rather keep the Precursors in a mysterious light, so I'd rather keep out their era. Also, Sages are weird, so I'm not too eager to go incredibly far with them. --Crimson Knight Intercom 23:02, December 6, 2014 (UTC)
I think it's because 3 out of 4 we've met have been the same guy personality-wise, a megalomaniac that just wants his waifu back, and it kinda took a toll on his psyche. So unless we get one like Kavanagh, this will turn into "Oh, it's you. Again. For the seventh time in a row. Totally didn't see that coming. What artifact do you have on you now? A skull again? A sword? An apple? A crystal ball? A staff?"--Kainzorus Prime Walkie-talkie 23:07, December 6, 2014 (UTC)
I'd quite like to meet a Sage torn between his two separate identities, to be honest. It could prove to be very interesting. --Crimson Knight Intercom 23:10, December 6, 2014 (UTC)
I really don't undstand how people are getting confused with the sage thing ... it was essentially explained in AC3, simply put the sage is aita in human form. Unless people are getting confused with how they are going about the idea of a sage, in which case we I don't have a monkeys either. They were apparently trying to somehow bring back juno with 4 and now modern day templars want a sages body so they can see the past? 86.159.250.49 13:54, December 7, 2014 (UTC)
