In this game, you -- playing as Desmond Miles playing as Ezio Auditore da Firenze -- infiltrates Rome to get back the Piece of Eden from Cezare Borgia.
You can also recruit citizens to have them join the Assassin Brotherhood. Send them out to missions or simply call them out to assist you in killing guards and they earn experience points to increase their ranks in the Assassin Guild.
Reaching level 10 will grant them the rank Assassino. And this cutscene of a ceremony -- similar to that of Ezio's sister Claudia, will occur.
