Deletion proposal

I have been saying this for many years now, but this category has always been one of my main examples for poor organization and senseless subcategories in the "Individuals by occupation" category. "Orator" can refer to just about anyone who ever takes part in public speaking. This means every politician or anyone who has to lead. Of course, in very specific settings, an orator may refer to more specific professions, maybe a herald, but the boundaries are just too vague to make this a useful category.
