I don't see why not, but I'm not Staff. However, Amnestyyy said the toolbar needs a revamp because:

1) Wikia changed their navbar parameters, making ours a mess; and
2) the bar uses some redirects instead of direct links, so the coding needed to be updated anyway.

Unfortunately, Wikia doesn't allow navbar edits at the moment, so you might want to propose adding Identity as part of the revamp.
