I'll start first(SPOILERS!!!) -

After the events of AC Rogue, the Assassins were sent into a panic with the Shay Cormack's memory employee uploaded the documented memory to the Assassin servers. So in the beginning - once again we might have the story told from the Assassin's perspective - the Assassins scrambles to get their sh*t together and one of their cells starts packing up stuff when they are attacked by a bunch of Abstergo kill squad. Several of the unnamed Assassins gets killed and the modern day character jumps into action, dispatches the kill squad and left the site with the survivors. The Assassins then recalls some major events that an ancestor holds the only deus ex machina, and the main character proceeds into the Animus to start Sequence 1...
