I'm rooting for that version. It kind of makes sense since it does mention the Shroud of Eden and it's importance to Juno. Just for the sake of argument let's pretend that it's real, you get to play Marcus Junius Brutus a real life Historical figure. Where in Syndicate you get to play Jack the Ripper a famous serial killer. It kind of makes the Jack the Ripper (DLC) a Prologue for a game that stars a real life Historical figure to see if we like it, and I for one liked it.

Unlike Jack the Ripper his real identity was never known and therefore he can be anyone in a fictional story. This guy's story doesn't add up, it can't be 40% done after 5 years of development and release this year. This guy's just having fun. Not that I wholly believe the other 4chan user's story.
