Oops, my bad. Some of the militia talk about the Arkham Knight having a one-eyed advisor who's adept in combat, so it would have to be him.

As far as the PC problems go, I have no idea. My PS4 is handling it beautifully, and the few glitches I've had aren't game-breaking at all. Except for the Batsuit being in perfect condition. Goddammit.
