Well here is my idea :)

The KKK is a Assassin's guild secretly. The Spaniards knew and were going to end it once and for all, but a Assassin (protagonist) shows up and killed most of the Spaniards. So King Philip II was here in the Philippines, and a army of Spaniards showed up holding spears, swords, bows, guns and are armed with cannons. So I think the weapons are somewhat the Filipinos always use like the Bolo, revolver, muskets, Schmitar (maybe), and hidden blades. Also I would introduce to all of you what my imagination wants, the hidden gun on Ezio can be replaced with chains on the tips are spearheads. And also quills, poisoned quills from thorns of plants maybe.
