At the top of the screen hover over the "On the wiki" tab then press the New photos once that page loads at the top of the screen there will be a button saying "Add a new photo" press that and follow the relatively simple instructions provided.
OR
Go to the article press edit then the Photo button on the right hand side, then upload it from there and tweak around till it fits how you want in your fanfic. Remember use the "Preview" button before pressing publish to make sure its correct.
