Sticking the usual practice of giving Aquiline names to protagonists (prior to AC3 of course):

For Dutch, how about Arend van Dyke (Arend meaning eagle ruler)

For Japanese name, how about Shota Itagaki (Shota meaning to soar/fly) or you could go with Jakuwa-san XD (English-made Japanese)

PS: And I don't know why I am writing this, you could have easily searched it yourself!
