The Old Painless One

The Old Painless One was a bō that Fujibayashi Naoe obtained in 1585. That year, after defeating Templar Kimura Yukari, Naoe and fellow Kakushiba ikki member Yasuke were tasked with eliminating the remnants of her organization, the Sanzoku Ippa, that still terrorrized the island of Awaji. At Fukura Village, they assassinated one of Yasuhira's spies, Yamane Ichi, and retrieved the staff from her personal effects.
