The Crimson Jian (緋紅劍) was a sword which belonged to Shao Jun, a Master Assassin of the Chinese Brotherhood.[1]
Forged in an elegant design claimed to represent the wielder's passion, the jian saw much use in early 16th-century China when Shao Jun returned home to hunt the Eight Tigers, a group of imperial eunuchs and Chinese Templars responsible for the near-complete purge of the local Assassins.[2]
