The Blood Rain was a yumi that Yasuke obtained in 1582. That year, Yasuke sought other warriors trained by his teacher, Kamiizumi Nobutsuna, in order to learn more about combat. He located Nagano Saemon, a master of archery, at Sotomo Cove and challenged him to a duel. Nagano accepted, on the condition that they fight to the death. He eventually lost, and Yasuke took the bow from his personal effects before leaving.[1]
