Spencer was a British man who lived in the East End on London during World War II.
Biography[edit | edit source]
On 7 September 1940, he attempted to use Eddie Gorm's docks to move weapons during World War II. Upon Gorm's disagreement, he started a brawl at the docks. Eddie taunted him before attacking him. Warning him to not sell weapons on his turf, Eddie beat Spencer up and marked his face with a knife. Eddie's actions against Spencer were commented on by Stan, Eddie's friend who noted that simply cutting up Spencer's face with a knife was too soft a deterrent as it wouldn't take long for him to back to his old tricks again.[1]
