Randwald

Randwald was a 9th century thegn who was stationed at Ravensburg, Grantebridgescire.

By 873, he was allied with Ealdorman Wigmund, who was part of the Order of the Ancients, against the Vikings led by Soma. Due to his alliance, his stronghold of Ravensburg was stormed and besieged by Soma's advisor Birna and her own new ally, Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan.[1]
