Clinkers

The Clinkers were a street gang active in the borough of Whitechapel, London during the Victorian era, and an enemy of the Templar-affiliated Blighters.
By 1868, the Clinkers were the last remaining criminal competition to the Blighters, and were gradually being wiped out. In March of that year, the Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye liberated a number of Clinkers being held in a Blighters stronghold in Whitechapel. In return, the Clinkers aided the twins in overthrowing Rexford Kaylock's branch of the Blighters and joined the newly formed Rooks syndicate, effectively ending the Clinkers' existence.
