Just a question about fully missing entries

I notice two entries are missing entirely I have not verified they exist myself, but part of the wiki makes references to it. They are Doge Mocenigo, it will appear when you walk up to his dead body before killing Carlo Grimaldi and Piero de' Medici appear around Palazzo Medici or the Piazza della Signoria as a npc. If I verify it would the admins wanna do it or have me do it, then the admins make sure I have it correct?

Edit: I ask because I don't fully know how to make entries and I would prefer someone with the knowhows on how to do it
