Rename England to Great Britain or Kingdom of Great Britain!!?
I wish for this articles name to be changed - England is not Britain (an Island) or Great Britain (a country), the Kingdom of Britain was a sovereign state which was formed when the Kingdom of Scotland and the Kingdom of England united in 1707. It then became the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland formed in 1801, when the Republic of Ireland became an independent country in 1922, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland was formed which the former soveriegn state England is now a part of.
So can you please change the name of the article to the Kingdom of Britain, as it is more relivant to the upcoming assassin's creed III game, which took place during the time when the Kingdom of Britain was a soveriegn state.
(A Soveriegn State is a country).

No. Because it isn't just for Assassin's Creed III that it was created. If Scotland is mentioned with enough relevant information to make it an article, we would make the Scotland page. We don't need to conjoin four different countries into one article to suit you. Slate Vesper (talk) 18:43, October 10, 2012 (UTC)
Scotland and England aren't countries (they where at one time), the United Kingdom IS a country...? IF you believe that Scotland and England are countries then that definition also applies to states like Florida or Mississippi being seperate countries. Also, England is not Britain, Britain is an Island in North West Europe - England is in the south-east of Britain and does not cover the whole Island. I live in the United Kingdom, so if you do too then I strongly recommend you look at your passport. Also if this article is essential then I believe that a Kingdom of Britain article should also be made or perhaps something along those lines.
-- Then why can't the revelant information in the other Assassin's Cree games be added to a section of the article perhaps called "History" > "Kingdom of England"?

I agree with the above comment that information from earlier AC games should be included regarding the history of England, but I think there should be an emphasis on the colonial era, as it's in AC3 that the names England, Britain, Great Britain and the British Isles (and related terms) get bandied around the most. Clarification of the names would need to be there, of course, but this could be done through headings/subheadings as per chronology instead of only through formal definitions in the text. Most of the information I am thinking of would obviously come between the current headings of Restoration Era and Modern Times, unless information from AC1 were included too.

Lets clear this up. Britain is England and Wales, Great Britain is England Wales and Scotland and the United Kingdom is England, Wales, Scotland and (Northern) Ireland. These terms are used incorrectly or mixed up AC3The United Kingdom is a country whilst England, Wales and Scotland and (Northern) Ireland are 'States' within the United Kingdom. London is the capital of England and the United Kingdom, Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland, Cardiff of Wales and Belfast of Northern Ireland. I feel this article needs to mention that the British Empire was the larget empire ever (Is it not strange that the empire has no connection apart from the thirteen colonies and the privateering to either the templars or assassins?) and pioneered the Industrial Revolution. It appears the writer/Ubisoft has delibrately shunned the United Kingdom's great 'achievements' in an American gung ho attitude. The Crusades should deserve a mention here, considering it plays a major part in Assassins Creed 1, with Richard III being from England. Arthur and Camelot, although 'fictional in real life' is 'real' in the AC world, considering Arthur wealded Excalibur, which was a sword of Eden. Arthur was the legendary king of the 'britons' (this being used vaguely as nto much is known about him)
