Other games

Do the Rifts/Glyphs of the Ezio games, the Citizen E of Liberation, ??? of Pirates, the Incomplete Memories of Rogue, the Server Rifts of Unity, the WWI segment of Syndicate, the Trial of the Gods of Origins, and possibly more count as glitches as well?
