Jacob or Evie Frye were tasked with dealing with the templar Thomas Blackroot.

Thomas was in Temple Church's graveyard, seemingly talking to the flowers:

• Blackroot: Lovely day, is it not, my beauties? Lovely, lovely day.
• Blackroot: What a glorious shade of red.
• Blackroot: Who knew such special ingredients could bring life so much joy?
• Blackroot: You’re hungry, aren’t you? I’ll make sure you’re well fed tonight.

Outcome

Blackroot was killed.
