The Eagle was a type of Guillotine Gun obtained by the French Assassin Arno Dorian during his stay at Franciade.[1]

Trivia/Conclusion: The Eagle is the most powerful model of the Guillotine Gun, given its damage and a higher modifier capability than the other models. It is also slightly harder to obtain as you need to collect artifacts instead of buying the other Guillotine Guns from the shop. However, you should note that it's other stats are the same as the other models, otherwise, it is still the best out of all the Guillotine Guns.
