Thaleia the Talon Hand was a mercenary who operated in Greece during the 5th century BCE.

Thaleia was often called a monster. She bore a sword and spear, and unlike most mercenaries, a sun hat.

During the Peloponnesian War, a bounty contract was placed on Thaleia, which the misthios Kassandra accepted.[1]
