The Temple of Themis is a small shrine dedicated to the Titan Themis, located on the southern slopes of Athens' acropolis, beside the Monument of Hippolytos.

During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra visited the location.[1]

Trivia

  • The temple houses a painted statue recognized as the goddess Hera, instead of a statue usually associated with Themis: a woman holding the scales of justice and often also a sword.
