Argolis Walking Staff

The Argolis Walking Staff was a staff used by the elder priests of Argolis in ancient Greece during the 5th century BCE. Even though used mainly to help them stand and walk, the staff served as a weapon as well, should the need arise.
During the Peloponnesian War, this staff exchanged hands when the Spartan misthios Kassandra confronted the priest Mydon in the Sanctuary of Asklepios about his past encounter with her mother.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Argolis Walking Staff, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the commonly found Rough Staff, another weapon in the same game. These are both the recycled model of Cypriot Gabbro Head, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
