Archaeological Research Department
The Archaeological Research Department is a division of Abstergo Industries focusing on, as its name suggests, archaeological research. The department's duties include performing fieldwork at historical sites in order to acquire items or information useful to the company.[1]
By 2023, Dr. Shimazu Sei was a member of the department,[1] until her eventual defection from both Abstergo and the Templar Order.[2]
