Sardinia is an island of the Mediterranean Sea, and a region of Italy.

History

During the Renaissance, Sardinia was ruled by Ferdinand II, King of Aragon and ally of the Assassin Order.^[1]

Following the Treaty of The Hague in 1720, the Kingdom of Sardina was handed by the Spanish Empire to the House of Savoy.^[2]
