Portuguese Navy

The Portuguese navy is the naval branch of the Portuguese Armed Forces which is cooperated with other branches of the Armed force, with them being called as 'charged' with the military defence of the country itself. Along with that, the navy particapated in various amounts of missions having to do with international comproises assumed by Portugal, usually NATO, in addition to missions related to civil intrest.
