The Remains OF Minmontu

Biography

Minmontu previously served the pharaoh, Cleopatra, against Rudjek, the Nomarch of Saqqara and a member of the Order of the Ancients. After Rudjek's death, his mistress, Suphia believed Minmontu to have played a part in his death, resulting in her kidnapping the worker and killed him in the hills behind the mine. His rotted body and belongings were later found by the Medjay, Bayek, when he returned to the mine sometime later. The note next to his body reads "This man was working for Cleopatra. He betreayed Giza. He betrayed my love, Rudjek, and he betrayed the Gods. This loot has been cursed. He who touches it touches the sad ka of Minmontu who is here taken by Ra. I remain Rudje's eternal goddess, Suphia."
