Mikkos' House was a residence in the Green City on the island of Lemnos, Greece. It was the home of Mikkos, caretaker of Barnabas' nephew of Neleus.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra visited the place together with Barnabas. Mikkos explained Neleus was ill. Kassandra eventually helped Neleus, but not before soldiers of the Cult of Kosmos set the house on fire.
