Mendoza

Mendoza was a captain in the Spanish Army in Havana during the early 18th century.

After overseeing a hanging was pickpocketed or killed then looted by the pirate Edward Kenway, who used his key to recover his own belongings from the Castillo de San Salvador de la Punta.
